Manipulating time
Everyone has to play with this when they first come in to the Dinosaur Museum at Thanksgiving Point. The control is a knob that rotates the “earth” around the sun, simulating a year. Each wheel is geared 10:1 to the next, so you have a decade-, a century-, a millennium wheel, all the way up to the biggest which represents one million years. You never see that one budge, no matter how fast you can get the earth spinning.
